1. The Aerial Studio

Trapeze, trampoline, and juggling? Oh my! Own and operated by two former cirque du soleil performers, The Aerial Studio offers a little of everything for those seeking a bit more of an adventure. Aerial fitness is one of Ventura’s newest ways to burn some calories while having fun.

Looking for something a quick way to burn it? Fit Buddha primarily offers 40 minute instructor lead small group classes on the Megaformer. 3.Ventura River Bike Trail

There are a lot of great places to bike in Ventura whether it be along the beach or through downtown, but if you’re looking for a longer ride look no further than The Ventura River Bike Trail. This trail features a quiet picturesque ride that stretches from Ventura’s westside all the way in to downtown Ojai. Take the scenic route to a better body.

4. Sea Cave Kayaking

5. Stand-Up Paddle Boarding

Stand-Up paddle boarding, or SUP, is a great way to get out, get active and cruise the coast or harbor areas. Ventura Boat Rentals offers SUP rentals to get you out and pursuing the Ventura Harbor Village. Their adapted SUP boards, called YOLO Yaks, have foot traction pads and molded keels to help your balancing act. So grab a paddle and hit the Harbor.
