Help us make history!

Do you want to be part of the story rather than reading about it after the fact? Do you love Ventura and volunteering for your community? Are you a fan of world-class athletes? If so, we need you!

We are looking for 200 volunteers to take part in the Amgen Tour of California stage start and finishes on May 16th! Once again, our small beach town will welcome the world in a big way. On May 16th, the colorful peloton will sweep into — and out of — Ventura. The epicenter of everything will be the Ventura Fairgrounds, where the women’s stage will start at 12:10 pm and the women will finish at roughly 2:50 pm. The men, coming down from Pismo Beach, will arrive at the Fairgrounds at an estimated 3:41 pm. This is a unique opportunity not only to help us rally the community but to see, up-close and personal, international cyclists and teams that compete in the Tour de France, Giro di Italia, and other major bike racing events.
