Best places in Ventura to watch the 2018 Amgen Tour of California

World-renowned Amgen Tour of California cyclists will start stage two at Ventura Pier on Monday, May 14th at 11:15 am. They will head toward Ventura Avenue and then turn onto Main Street for a tour through Ventura’s historic downtown. They will pass in front of Mission San Buenaventura and Figueroa Plaza and continue down Main Street to make a right turn onto California Street. They will cycle down California Street with City Hall in the backdrop for a quick block before making a left turn onto Santa Clara Street. Then they will pass Plaza Park and the Ventura Post Office and head to Hemlock Street where they will eventually make their way to Sanjon Road and take a left onto Harbor Blvd heading toward Oxnard.
