A Perfect Day in Ventura From the Perspective of a 15-Year-Old
by Bennett Cvijanovich
Hi, I’m a 15-year-old boy living in Ventura, California. I love good eats, surfing, and photography, and this is my idea of a perfect day in Ventura when you’re under 21.Eats
Grab my wetsuit and camera then bike down to Duke’s Griddle and Grill and have some awesome pancakes for breakfast.Beach
After eating I would take a short stroll to the beach and put on my wetsuit. I would then grab my camera and get in the water for a couple of hours.More eats
After our long session in the water I would stop at The Sushi House for the famous avocado bomb and some delicious California rolls.Hike
Next I would go take a beautiful hike behind Two Trees and get some cool photos.Shoot
Next I would go to Serra Cross Park for sunset to take some awesome pictures of Ventura.Even more eats!
Lastly I would go to O-Sabi, a Japanese restaurant where they cook in front of you!! The food is delicious and the show is amazing!Whatever you decide to do will be fun in this laid-back beach town I’m lucky to call home.
