Buddy’s Valentine’s Wine & Dine

Head over to this Midtown wine bar for wine, a delicious pita menu, a DJ set, and a special ice cream social on Valentine’s Day. Food is served from 5:30 pm until it’s sold out and the DJ party begins at 7 pm. 

If you’re looking for more things to do in the area, take some time to explore Midtown Ventura before the party. Poppies Vintage is the perfect spot for a curated vintage outfit and hidden gems, Plant Shop 805  is the place to go if you’re looking for a last-minute V-day gift, and you can get your book lover a gift at Timbre Books.

Palentine’s at Night Owl

One of the newest cideries in Ventura, Night Owl is hosting a Palentine’s event at their tasting room on Main Street in Downtown Ventura on February 13, starting at 5 pm. Bring the whole crew for a Charcuterie Boat as well as a paired cider flight of some of their best, small-batch cider. You can purchase tickets here.

Before you check out Night Owl, bring your friends to explore Downtown Ventura where you can thrift shop, grab fish tacos, or hike at the Ventura Botanical Gardens. 

Special Valentine’s Day Menus

Dinner by the beach? It can’t get any better than that! Lucky for you, plenty of restaurants in Ventura are serving special Valentine’s Day menus to impress your special someone. 

Water’s Edge is hosting a thoughtfully curated three-course dining experience, starting the evening off with a complimentary champagne toast, followed by your choice of a first course, main course, and decadent dessert. With a harborside view, your Valentine’s Day dinner will be truly memorable. 

Enjoy a Plant-Based Valentine’s Dinner at Harvest Cafe. Serving a special three-course meal, complete with a vegan cheese plate, your choice of a main course (a saucy vegan lasagne, anyone?), and a vegan creme brulee, experience a romantic dinner for two. 

Spending Valentine’s Day dinner at Paradise Pantry is an absolute dream. Romantic, intimate, and rustic, Paradise Pantry is serving an incredible Valentine’s Day menu with choices like zozula sashimi, Italian truffle mac and cheese, and a surf & turf plate, among so many other items on the menu. Make sure to book in advance. Pro tip: the market at Paradise Pantry is also a great spot for a Valentine’s Day gift!

Bring your besties to Findings Flea Y2K Galentine’s Party on February 13 from 5 – 8 pm. — you won’t want to miss it! Get your dancing boots on for Ventucky Stompers Boots & Hearts night at Bombay Bar & Grill on February 15 from 6 pm to midnight. Line dancing for all with lessons begins at 6:30 pm.
