It’s that spooky time of year again and one of our favorite community events is back and bigger than ever! Be sure to join us downtown for trick-or-treating, a haunted house, pumpkin pie eating and costume contests, outdoor movie screenings, and more, all FREE!
Please note the location change to S. Oak St. between Main and Santa Clara streets.

Prizes will be offered for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners from Ventura Visitors Center, Rocket Fizz, Plum Gift Boutique, Aloha Steakhouse and Very Ventura!
Trick-or-Treat
Stay for the trick-or-treating throughout downtown businesses from 4-7pm. Stop at every business with a pumpkin sign in the window for a treat!
Outdoor Movie Screening
New this year: Outdoor movie screenings, pizza and treats from 6-9pm at the Oak St. festival stage. Watch It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown and the Addams Family!

Don’t forget to vote for your favorite scarecrow! This year there are 31 scarecrows designed by students from schools across town including Open Classroom, Lincoln, Loma Vista and Juanamaria, displayed in downtown businesses, competing to win best scarecrows.
