Residents invited to get copy of Ventura guide

 

Visit Ventura has released its latest inspiration guide for visitors and local residents hoping to see the city’s attractions.

The guide features local photography paired with items by local writers and quirky insights from community members and Visit Ventura staff members.

The historic Mission San Buenaventura, City Hall the Ventura Pier and are featured in the guide. Channel Islands National Park, Patagonia’s headquarters and Haole the surf dog are included, as well, along with a testimonial on Ventura’s roots from Big Bad Voodoo Daddy star Scotty Morris. Amid photos, the guide relies on local stories to inspire desire to connect with and celebrate the community.

Visit Ventura invites local residents to the visitor center, 101 S. California St., to pick up a copy of the guide or to call 648-2075 or email info@visitventuraca.com to get a copy by mail.
