Vincenzo Giammanco had a problem. His company, CBF Productions, almost went to full stop immediately after the Coronavirus shutdown in March of this year. CBF promotes concerts and festivals, among them the country music festival Boots and Brews which would normally attract 15,000 fans. But it quickly became clear that 2020 was operating under new rules. No live events were taking place the way they had in 2019. So, what do you do when you have rent and payroll, but no revenue stream?
