Tea & Sound Bath with Lisa Gotwals

Join us as we gather in circle with rose tea and sound. Rose has been used for centuries and is known as one of the highest frequency plants, working directly with the heart and healing. When consumed, it brings a different quality into the body, something lighter and more open, helping to shift and harmonize the energies within that may feel heavy or uneasy. Together we’ll share rose tea in circle, then move into a restorative sound healing. As the tones move through the body at a cellular level, we can relax into a sense of peace and create space for more ease, clarity, and calm.
