Tales At Timbre

Our live storytelling event has returned! We're so excited to gather in the bookshop once again to be regaled by your true, first-person stories.

The theme for the evening is "Tradition": from customs and beliefs passed down to folklore and mythologies, and beyond. Remember, these five-minute stories must be true (no fiction or poetry) and recited without notes or cheat sheets! Doors open at 6:30. Everyone who'd like to share a tale can throw their name in the bucket to be chosen at random. Tales begin at 7. We'll have a cozy bev or two to enjoy!

Please keep in mind that Timbre won't know what stories will be told ahead of time and cannot control the content. Some stories may be mature in nature and include profanity, and therefore may not be appropriate for younger audiences.
