Seasonal Sacred Journey with Helen Hatfield at Grassroots Yoga – *Unheated

Start the season dropping within! We will take time to ground, release, and invite in the new season’s energy together. This workshop will include grounding practices, along with a guided Sacred Journey tailored to the current energy, season, and cycles. We will conclude with time for reflection and journaling, allowing us to share what we feel called to and to support one another as they share their experiences.
