Allow yourself to open the heart as Medicine Woman Lisa Gotwals leads us through a Cacao Ceremony**. The word Cacao comes from the Maya word Ka’kau and the Maya word Chokola’j, and means “drink chocolate together.” As we sit together, awaken your senses and activate your cells with a rhythmic bed of sound by Thread Music, Cam Prendergast. You will start to feel the energy build as Embodied Movement Guide, Jessy Raspiller moves us into a free flow dance that will connect us deeper to our own Pulse of Life. Closing with meditation and ambient sounds to enrich the final moments of this year and ripple us into 2023.
