Ventura GFNY
GFNY Ventura is a premier endurance cycling event coming to Ventura, offering riders a world-class race experience along California’s scenic coastline and inland valleys. Part of the global GFNY series, this event gives cyclists of all levels the opportunity to “Be a Pro for a Day” with a mass start, chip timing, and a fully supported course.
The race begins and ends in Downtown Ventura, creating a vibrant atmosphere for participants and spectators alike. With police-monitored roads, aid stations, and full event support, GFNY Ventura delivers both a competitive challenge and an unforgettable coastal cycling experience.

Taking place April 11, 2027, the event features two route options: a competitive long course of approximately 87 miles with challenging climbs, and a shorter recreational route of about 47 miles. Riders will travel through Ventura County, passing through destinations like Santa Paula, Ojai, and Carpinteria while enjoying sweeping ocean views, mountain backdrops, and iconic Southern California landscapes.
