Family yoga in the park

Join us for a sweet and playful yoga class for children and their caregivers. We’ll move, breathe, stretch, play, and practice mindfulness skills that can translate to home.

Please bring a yoga mat for each participant, or a blanket to share. We’ll have a few extras available, too.

Ideal for ages 2-8, though all ages welcome.
