COFFEE SENSORY MASTERCLASS

This course is perfect for the coffee enthusiast that wants to take a deeper dive into how they experience and appreciate the sensory elements of their coffee. Students will learn how to identify aroma, flavor, acidity, sweetness, body and aftertaste. The class includes theory as well as practical sensory training. It’s a work out for your nose and palate!

The sensory masterclass runs for approximately two hours. Students will be given notes to take home.
