BOOTY PUMP WORKSHOP WITH JESSICA MARTIN AT GRASSROOTS YOGA
Join us for a glute-focused workshop in a heated environment!
We'll use bands, light to medium weights, and focus on our hamstrings, quads, and, of course, the glutes. The main goal is to have fun and try something new while leaving you feeling drenched in sweat and with a great lower body workout.
This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels and will offer modifications as needed.
