Come and take part in an energizing Pilates mat class designed to leave you stronger, centered, and smiling.

Where: Promenade Park in Ventura. The park sits right along the oceanfront at the intersection of Shoreline Drive and Figueroa Street, next to the downtown waterfront and near Surfers Point.

When: Saturday, Sept. 12th, 2026 at 1 pm

What to Bring: Yourself, a friend, a Pilates mat, and water bottle.
