Wood Ranch provides a distinctive, “premium-casual” dining experience by offering a moderately priced, all-American menu featuring made-from-scratch “signature” items; a high energy, comfortable atmosphere; and friendly, attentive service.

All of our barbecue items are prepared using our unique two-step cooking process. First, we slow-roast overnight the ribs, tri tip roasts, chickens and prime rib. Then, we grill and sauce them to order over a live mesquite wood fire.

This unique method produces what our guests and critics consider to be Southern California’s best barbecue.
