Habitat: Coastal strand, dunes, estuary, riparian.
Location: Emma Woods Group Campground at north end of Main St. in Ventura. Park either outside in dirt area or in park and pay fee.
Highlights: Snowy Plover, Whimbrels, tattlers, shorebirds, ducks, shearwaters and more during migration.
Best Season:Winter, early spring.
