Alphabet of Waves book reading at fiNdings market

Bring out your kiddos to join us at the shop this Wednesday, March 29th at 11:30 AM for a special reading of the Alphabet of Waves with co-author, RiCk AlbanO.

This will be a great activity for all ages as we circle up to enjoy this new children’s surf book and hear it aloud from Rick himself.

The Alphabet of Waves, a new children’s surf book by Scott Proctor and Rick Albano, is as fun as it is educational. Kids will learn their ABCs, and some handy surf lingo too, as they look at modern illustrations of the wide variety of waves the ocean creates. Surfers of all kinds grace the waves, letting kids project themselves into the colorful scenes. The playful writing is filled with inside jokes for the reader as well, providing a little stoke for everyone.
