Blue Heron Dance in Watercolors – with Phyllis Gubins (class link)

These stately birds are found all around our local central coast area and if you have been lucky enough to spot one, then you will treasure having this painting as a remembrance. There will be a number of techniques that we will apply to create these beautiful birds. The feathers are a fun watercolor brushstroke you will learn as we create their shape. We will practice mixing the colors of nature as we paint the sky, water, mountains, grass, and feathers with ease. Numerous reference pictures will be available, and no drawing skills are required.
