Shoreline Marathon

The Shoreline Marathon also offers a half marathon, a 10K, and a 5K; in short, a run for everyone. The marathon and half marathon course start at Emma Wood State Beach Group Campground and head north onto the bike path until the bike path merges with the Highway 1 bike path that runs right along the beach. Runners stay on the ocean side the entire race so the race promises to be cool and fast. Both the half marathon and the marathon turn around at 6.5 miles. Marathoners, you’ll do the loop twice. Yes, it’s a Boston Marathon Qualifier.
