Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Soundbath

Crows Nest Sound Studio and 111yoga invite you to a vibratory experience that celebrates our re-entry to social connection and open-heartedness via a Mayan Sacred Cacao Ceremony and the beautiful healing vibrations of a Gong Soundbath. We will gather in circle, set intentions, imbibe the plant medicine raw cacao drink to relax our bodies, then submerge ourselves in a bath of resonating frequency vibrations of the gongs, crystal bowls and instruments.
