CHEMEX COFFEE BREWING CLASS
This coffee class breaks down how to get the most out of the iconic Chemex coffee brewer. In this course you will learn how to perfect your pour over technique and adjust your recipe to taste. You will get tips to hack the Chemex, as well as hands on practice and tasting. We will be focussing on adjusting the grind to optimize extraction, and selecting the ideal filter for your palate.
We learn how to “dial in” your grind, as well as doing a comparative tasting of different filters (paper, cloth and metal) and making a Japanese style iced Chemex.
